The Berkeley Daily Planet

Announces

Subscriptions!

Our readers have asked us for years how they can help support the paper, because they know advertising doesn't cover all our costs. Now we've decided to make it easy.

We're offering three kinds of subscriptions:

(1)  Personal free-will subscriptions. You give us $10 each month, paid in advance by cash, check or credit card (by phone or online). You pick up your own copy at our streetside boxes. (Yes, yes, we do know that you're already doing this for free, and that you can see the paper for free on the internet, but many people would like to contribute anyway.)

(2)  Neighborhood delivery subscriptions: One neighbor signs up 3 or more others, they pay us as above, and a bundle of papers is delivered weekly to a convenient home location for neighbors to pick up.

(3)  Mail subscriptions: You pay the monthly rate plus the cost of postage and handling, and we have your paper mailed to you.
