OAKLAND – The Oakland Museum of California will host its second annual bicycle races on July 16, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The day of races includes nine separate multi-lap events on the .85-mile course, starting and finishing at the Snow Museum Park in front of the Kaiser Events Center on Harrison Street between 19th and 20 Streets in downtown Oakland.
