HOPE BRIGGS SINGS AT YERBA BUENA 

Soprano Hope Briggs, now a Berkeley resident, will present a recital at the Yerba Buena Performing Arts Center, at 701 Mission St. in San Francisco, as part of the AfroSolo Festival on Sunday, August 26th at 3pm. She will be performing works by Strauss, Faure, show tunes, and an exciting contemporary arrangement of spirituals, Lyric Suite, accompanied by Ron Valentino.
